39.78kW Solar PV System and Distributed Roof-Mounted System – Seniors and Community Centre

Perdaman Advanced Energy won a competitive tender for the Supply and installation of a 39.78kW Solar PV system for the City of Mandurah’s Seniors and Community Centre. The design and Installation of the panels had to be specific to the requirements of the roof and space available yet still maximising overall system performance. The system was commissioned in October 2021 and the City of Mandurah were extremely satisfied with all the outcomes.

Issues Managed

Parapet walls and mechanical services prevalent on the roof made for a complex design. Our design and install teams ensured the system was installed to perfection. The facility had to remain operational for the community centre patrons throughout the installation and our project management and collaboration with the City of Mandurah and Community centre management with no disruption to daily operations of the centre.

Outcomes

The City of Mandurah were extremely satisfied with workmanship and the project was delivered on time, on budget and with no incident or accident.
