PAE was engaged to execute a level 2 energy audit at the Masonic Care Howard Solomon Site. This included an equipment audit of the facility, an energy use survey with the occupants, a solar PV feasibility assessment and a breakdown of energy use by function (HVAC, Lightning, Refrigeration and Ancillaries) and area (Bedrooms, Laundry, Kitchen, Services and Common areas).
Outcomes
PAE provided energy saving recommendations equal to over $75,000 per annum. Masonic Care went ahead with the recommendation of installation of Solar PV which is predicted to provide annual savings of $38,413 per annum.
