Real Time Energy and Solar Monitoring and Reporting
Swan Valley and Gilbert’s Fresh Markets, Midland / Southlands WA
PAE installed energy and solar-logging devices at these markets to provide ongoing monitoring and reporting of their electricity consumption and the solar PV system at Midland, enabling remote real time access to energy data.
PAE’s services included updating the client weekly on anomalous patterns noted and presenting monthly or quarterly reports to keep track of their energy use and expenditure.
Real time monitoring allows clients to take control of their energy consumption or solar PV generation by understanding how, where and at what times of the day they use (or generate) electricity.
Clients can access their energy data in real time through the convenience of a web-based portal or stay abreast through regular reports from PAE, which include ongoing analysis and advice on your energy use and improvements.
Outcomes
- Greater visibility of electricity consumption and costs
- Visibility and verification of solar PV system performance
- Identification of sources of wastage, including overnight AC use
