Lighting

LED lighting upgrade

Cambridge Library and Administration Building, Floreat WA

PAE assessed the existing lights and designed a new suite of lights to be installed consisting of LED lights to Australian Standards. This involved replacing inefficient light fittings with new LED lighting technology.

Outcomes

  • Reduced electricity consumption at the site by over 64%, equating to annual savings at the site estimated at $19,000
