Level 3 Energy Audit

PAE delivered an energy audit report at the most in-depth level of audit, Level 3. The audit involved defining the baseline and historical energy consumption (electricity and gas) at WCI and identifying energy efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities. This included a business case assessment for capital works including solar PV, LED lighting and energy monitoring.
Outcomes
- Over $290,000 worth of energy savings opportunities identified
- Immediate implementation of the first-priority energy initiative identified in PAE’s audit, with intention to invest in further recommendations
